Hello beautiful humans,

We’re so excited to bring Connect2Self into the gym as a monthly breathwork and emotional regulation space, running across 10 months.

This series is being held at Tara’s beloved gym space, C3 Drummoyne, where the gym owners have generously opened their doors to the wider community and our beautiful Connect2Self family. We’re deeply grateful to be able to share this space with you.

So many of you have been asking how you can access Connect2Self more regularly, beyond our retreats and special events and this year, we’ve made it happen.

Welcome to our 10-part series.

These sessions are designed to support you not just in training, but in life.

Each 1.5-hour session explores themes of self-love, inner child reflection, the lenses we see life through, emotional regulation, and the courage to do hard things in the gym, in relationships, and in everyday moments.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about learning how to be with yourself - through training, stress, relationships, and the hard stuff.

This is a space to slow down, reconnect, and build inner tools that help you show up more grounded, resilient, and self-aware — whether you’re lifting heavy, navigating work stress, or holding it together day to day.

What to expect:

• A short introduction and grounding
• Practical breathwork tools you can use day-to-day
• Guided reflection and emotional awareness exercises
• A deep, grounded breathwork journey
• Integration and gentle closing

No experience is needed. These sessions are suitable for first-time breathers through to advanced practitioners. Each session stands alone, but together they form a powerful, supportive journey over time.

Spots are intentionally limited to keep the space safe, personal, and connected.

We’re offering two ways to join this 10-month journey, casual attendance or a committed series option.

NON-GYM MEMBERS
• $120 per session (casual)
• $900 upfront for all 10 sessions
(Save $300 when you commit to the full series)
