A chance encounter at Four Winds some years ago developed into a series of recording sessions in the ABC studios producing new material that has yet to see the light of day. Witness these superlative Australian artists, true originals each in their own right, engage with one another inside the lofty space of the High Court. PROGRAM
William Barton, Véronique Serret, Tamara-Anna Cislowska and Aunty Delmae Barton present an all-Australian program with works by Barton, Serret, Cislowska, Sculthorpe and Harrison.
The music includes Kalkani (Kalkadoon meaning ‘eagle’), Birdsong at Dusk, Ice Giant, Djilile and Heartland, commissioned by CIMF 2019.
