Less than 24hrs to go until doors open....

So here's some stuff you should know:

Arrive On Time: We are holding the doors open for you for an hour between 7-8pm, once the show starts we will be merciless with timings. I very much suggest turning up early, you can browse the stalls, grab a cocktail or some snack from the restaurant for 20% off, or buy an ice cream for a good cause. There will also be a DJ playing eclectic vibey organic music at this time so I doubt you will find the time to be bored. Not to mention our fire performers will be at the doors of the venue to welcome you inside!
Dress Code: We've been asked this a lot, and well since you're going to be attending a heartbreak themed murder mystery as an amateur detective, you might as well dress like it! Some ideas include: Smudged mascara and red lipstick, sad girl pyjamas, detective outfits/hats/gloves/magnifying glass/pipes, blankets, gym clothes, or anything sad really. I'd recommend choosing just one of the two themes to dress up as unless you want to be a heartbroken amateur detective - like me haha!
Access and Age Limit: This is a strictly 18+ venue, so if you're under the age of 18, please get in touch and we'll make sure you get refunded! In terms of access, unfortunately there's a flight of stairs and no apparent means for wheelchair access to the Ballroom Venue, please do get on touch if you are in need of assistance in this area and I'll see what we can do to make it more accessible.

• What's better for heartbreak than an ice cream? We've got a B&J ice cream cart from Ben & Jerries Scoop Shop on Princes Street setting up their cart for you to buy yourself an ice cream rather than a drink - cause only murde*rous things happen when we drink through heart break. Since our events support community conservations efforts, and they're an activist group that sell ice cream, our two worlds collided and they wanted to come to support our event.

Once again, we organise events in order to fund community conservation efforts around the world. 25% of profits from Cabaret Murder will be donated to our Children's Ocean Outreach Project in Indonesia, where we work together with the local university students to connect orphaned children with nature and the ocean in order to teach them about the ocean, have lots of fun and help fight anxiety.
