Please join Bec for a Cacao & Breathwork Release Journey.
We will be starting our journey off with a cacao ceremony, connecting to Mumma Cacao and opening our hearts.
Followed by our Breathwork Journey, we will be sitting in Libra Full Moon energy, this is a perfect time to dive into a releasing style of breathwork, to release anything that does not serve us at this time.
Finishing our evening with some journalling time and connection.
