\\ You are invited to join Jenine from Nine Healing Arts, and Jill from Red Tent Aotearoa for a relaxing and transformative experience- a total reset.

All are welcome to join us as we move through a Cacao Activation using the amazing Cacao from The Cacao Ambassador, grown ethically by women and sourced sustainably in the Solomon Islands. Then Jenine will lead us in a Breathwork session followed by a Sound Bath to reach levels of deep relaxation and create a spaciousness in your mind. We will close with a sharing circle and a global healing intention. //

This experience will begin with an intention of healing and unification- a Cacao Activation.

Healers in many cultures have traditionally used cacao to alleviate a host of mental and physical afflictions, such as depression, insomnia, nervousness and excitability, as well as regulating blood pressure and sugar levels, and preventing cardiometabolic diseases.

If you have not tried the Cacao Ambassador's cacao you are in for a real treat, and if you have we know you'll already be as excited as we are!

Yogic breathwork is called 'Pranayama', a Sanskrit word meaning “extension of the life force.”

With awareness, we can use breathwork to break through barriers in our life. It has the power to help us overcome blocks or stressors that create anxiety, depression, grief and fear. With conscious breath, we can fuel our own healing and transformation and bring a new level of expansion to our lives.

We will close the afternoon with a sharing circle and a global healing intention. Jill will create a safe container that invites you to let anything that is not serving you go and use the opportunity to transmute with the energy in a circle of sacred witnesses.

This afternoon is for anyone who may have been feeling stressed or overwhelmed recently and is ready to shift the energy, all genders welcome.

About Nine Healing Arts
I'm Jenine, your facilitator.
After residing overseas for the last decade where I founded @nineyogaberlin. I've learned and experienced so many different walks of life picking up different healing modalities on my journey. It has been in the past 6 years that I've been working in the healing arts. This is my calling! I love what I do, and, since becoming a mother last year and moving back to New Zealand, I'm excited to share these wonderful, life-changing, practices in Christchurch!

“Nine Healing Arts” brings together the practices of yoga, sound healing, breathwork and Thai yoga massage.
I have studied breathwork with Master David Elliot.
Yoga, meditation and sound healing I studied in Rishikesh and Mysore, India.
I studied traditional Thai massage in Ko Phang Nang, Thailand.
I like to compliment the traditional Thai massage practice with dynamic and osteothai massage learned from the Sunshine network teachers across Europe - in Berlin, Athens and Switzerland.

About Red Tent Aotearoa
The goal for Red Tent Aotearoa is to build and hold spaces that invite the women attending to rise to a higher standard than has been modeled for us in today’s society. To make that container safe enough that they can remove the armour.

I am a Business Mentor and qualified Counsellor who loves to help people succeed in doing what their heart calls them to do. I offer unique ideas, connections, and networking events for Conscious Creators and host Courageous Conversations via Conscious Consulting NZ.
