🌬️ 🌙 We are so excited to be bringing this potent practice to our community 🌙🌬️

Join us for a potent CACAO and BREATHWORK Ceremony

Saturday, February 21, 3pm - 6:15pm

📍 Wattle - Yoga Studio, Crescent Head

Step out of the noise. Drop into your body. Meet yourself in the deepest, most nourishing way.

Through the ancient heart medicine of cacao and the profound power of Spiritus Breathwork, we gather in ceremony to soften what feels heavy, release what’s stuck, and awaken the wild, alive energy waiting within you.

This is more than a ceremony — it’s a homecoming.

A sacred space where you are completely safe, fully seen, and deeply held.

A place to reconnect with your truth, your body, your heart… and your joy.

🌬️ Spiritus Breathwork is rooted in somatic release and shamanic principles, opening a doorway into expanded states of awareness where deep healing and transformation become possible.

You’ll be invited to:

🜄 Release fear, anxiety + stored emotions

🜃 Rewire and soothe your nervous system

🜂 Realign with your most authentic self

We begin in ceremony with cacao, the gentle heart-opening plant medicine, before journeying into the body through breath, movement, and frequency.

This is a space to:

꩜ Clear emotional + energetic blockages

꩜ Reconnect with your intuition + inner knowing

꩜ Let go of what no longer serves

꩜ Expand into joy, love, peace + presence

🜁 If you've never done anything like this its normal to be nervous, but know that we are backing your powerful spirit.

Our ceremonies are a safe and supportive space where you can drop into your body so that you can fully immerse yourself in the experience and even have fun while you are doing it.

🌊 Come breathe. Come feel. Come home. 🌙

Secure your space today — spaces are limited.

Love
