After what feels like a lifetime held within a few short weeks… We return.

Since our last gathering on January 24th, life cracked us open…

A near death scare with our youngest son.

A broken hand.

A storm that shook more than just the land beneath us.

A house that fell apart… but somehow helped piece something deeper back together.

And now… we gather again.

Not to escape what’s happened,

But to honour it.

To alchemise it.

To breathe through it.

This is ceremony.

This is a call back.

To your body.

To your truth.

To community.

To the rhythm of your own healing breath.
