As we come towards the Taurus new moon, you are invited to enter this sacred space of RECLAMATION and REMEMBRANCE.
Much may have been shifting, or brought to the light over the last month, this is your opportunity to slow down, connect with yourself & receive the wisdom that is already within you.

The medicine of Cacao invites you deeper into your heart, soothing the places that have been holding tightly and allowing space to FEEL freely.
You will be guided through an alivening breathwork journey to release anything that isn't yours to carry & create space to receive your inner guidance, followed by a meditation journey to open to visions, insights & clarity on your path forwards.

She orchestrates grounded, heart-centered rituals and immersive journeys, using movement and breath as conduits to transcend mental barriers. Sarah empowers participants to access deeper aspects of themselves, unlocking their fullest expression and inherent wholeness.
