Come together in sacred space to get out of the mind and connect with your heart and inner guidance. Here you can leave the "doings" of daily life at the door as you enter this calm and tranquil space, creating time JUST FOR YOU.

A time to BE, rather than do. To FEEL, rather than think. To LISTEN, rather than rush.

Through the beautiful heart opening medicine of cacao, the power of the breath (our life force) and embodied movement you will be guided to access deep states of meditation, where healing and intuition lives, as you come back to your most natural state in connection with your inner power and soul vision,

On a physiological level we will be switching on the parasympathetic nervous system (our rest and digest response). Most of us live our lives in the opposite, the sympathetic (stress response), rushing from one thing to the next, constantly connected to devices and multitasking, that our body struggles to naturally slow down. During this session you will switch out of this state and access deep states of peace and relaxation.

During this session you will access alpha and theta brainwaves. These brain frequencies are known to be where deep meditative states, hypnosis and access to higher dimensions and other realms are possible. It is also the state that allows for the brain to rest, heal and repair. When paired with the beautiful heart opening medicine, Cacao you can access subconscious and superconscious states, that are not accessible during waking (and even a lot of meditation experiences).

From this place you will be guided though a meditative journey to access the wisdom that is available to you, from a place of unconditional love and connectedness.

My intention is to hold a safe and sacred space for you to be seen, heard and loved exactly as you are. All of you is welcome here.

My belief is that you have all of the wisdom inside of you, I am not here to tell you what you “should” feel or experience but to guide you to access what is FOR you in this moment. This is a time to tune in, rather than out, to connect with yourself and be held in a space of safety and non-judgement among like-minded souls. No prior experience with cacao, breathwork or meditation necessary.
