Welcome to CACAO & BREATHWORK with Jaimee & Luke.

This 4hr workshop combines two potent healing modalities to support you in your healing and growth!!

Our intention in sharing this experience is to facilitate the grounding into our deepest experience and our own innate expansiveness.

This 4hr deep dive on the 18th of February is all about releasing the old patterns and programs which have been keeping us back from our truest nature. It is time to come home my loves, into our bodies and living a life more heart lead from being within your body's while feeling the expansiveness that your are always connected to.

Cacao holds us as we surrender inwards, inviting the protection to soften, enabling us to stand fully in our truth, our hearts, and to lead ourselves from there.

With the magic of cacao stirring in our system, we will embark on a 1hr conscious, connected breathwork journey were we will continue unravelling and unwinding all that is not ours.

Breathwork involves conscious connected breathing (without pause) for approximately 60minutes. By breathing in this way, we begin to access the Limbic (emotional) part of the brain. With the influx of oxygen, we are able to access the deeper parts of the body-mind, where our emotions and beliefs are stored.

This process of connected breathing may bring up any unresolved or suppressed emotions. The breath will open up long held blockages, allowing vital energy to flow freely through the body, supporting the breakthrough of old patterns and beliefs and stepping into a new version of ourself. Using our breath in this way also supports accessing deeper states of being, where we may gain access to deep clarity or visions.

During this 4hr cacao & breathwork workshop you can expect:

A safe, sacred space to explore the deepest and most vulnerable parts of yourself
Movement and awareness exercises to illuminate long-held muscle tension and the suppressed emotion stored in our bodies
Strengthening the connection with your body and coming into presence
Gentle therapeutic bodywork and touch, a key element in releasing muscle tension and body armouring
Deep relaxation and stillness

What to bring:

Yourself! Come with an open mind and curiosity to explore
Loose fitting comfortable clothes, something you can move and sweat in
A plastic water bottle
A journal and a pen
Your favourite mug for cacao
A special item for the altar e.g. crystal, photo, etc etc
Anything else you feel may support you

Who are we:

Luke is a Level 4 Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release Systems (BBTRS) facilitator. Luke's greatest passion is supporting men and women in releasing the trauma, stories and subconscious beliefs that have been defining their lives. Luke works with breathwork and trauma release in a safe and gentle way, with a focus on respecting the individual sensitivity of the nervous system. His work is for those who want to live more grounded, connected and embodied lives. Luke works with small to medium sized groups in a workshop setting and also provides 1:1 private Breathwork sessions. Initially starting his career as a Mechanical Engineer, Luke's path has lead him on a journey of rediscovery, using Breathwork to find his connection to self, to his body and his emotions.
