Cacao & Connections + Guided Breathwork 🫶

Join us for a unique and profound evening of Cacao & Connections in collaboration with the incredibly gifted breathwork facilitator, Camilla Drema. 

Cacao & Connections is a purpose-driven event, created to empower meaningful and conscious connections. Whether you're looking to deepen existing relationships or establish new ones, we invite you to join us and explore more about yourself and others through this experience. 

We are honoured to be collaborating with Camilla Drema, a fully Qualified Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator who will be guiding us through a breathwork journey to conclude the event. The style of breathwork Camilla will be facilitating is Consciously Connected. Expect an invigorating yet relaxing session, open to beginners or those who regularly practice.

How to prepare

To start the evening, we'll be immersing ourselves in the heart opening powers of Mother Cacao. We recommend having an early dinner or light meal before attending to connect more deeply with your experience. Handmade vegan treats will be served alongside our vegan ceremonial Cacao. 

About Cacao

Cacao is an ancient plant medicine and a wise teacher that has been used for centuries in ceremonies. Cacao has the power to open our hearts, connect with our innermost feelings, enhance creativity, and tap into intuition and inner wisdom. We work with Australian Ceremonial Cacao, an ancient Peruvian strain called Criollo. The Cacao comes from 35 small farms, including some tribal regions where it grows wildly on the property in the hills of Peru.

About Breathwork

Breathwork, the practise of consciously breathing. A chance to drop into the body, away from the overthinking mind, connecting deeper to your heart and soul. Breathwork is a beautiful practise that often leads to deeper clarity, connection to self and a deep sense of presence that goes beyond the session itself. It’s a magical journey and we are filled with joy to be leading you through this practise!

• Spaces are limited to ensure an intimate setting.
• Free parking is available on the street, but it can be limited so we suggest allowing 15 minutes to find a park.
• There will be time to connect and mingle from 5pm, please arrive no later than 5:30 when the Cacao Ceremony will begin.
• Our location is Unit 2, 317 Clovelly Road, Clovelly. Enter through the metal gate, walk up the stairs to the top-level apartment, and you'll be warmly welcomed.
