Spring Equinox Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath

North Coogee Headland, NSW

Let the spirit of cacao welcome you into a state of introspection. This event will nourish you and prepare you for new beginnings, and atune you to the energy of the Spring Equinox. A gentle breath and meditation practice will guide you to tap into your innate wisdom, align with your heart's intentions, before surrending into the serenity of an elemental sound bath that will transport you into deep state of rest and relaxation.

What to bring: 

- Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask

- Remember, this is an outdoor event — please bring clothes that make you feel comfortable and cozy
