Meegs and Carly welcome you to this space as a soft landing, a place of nurture, reflection and connection to self.

Meegs @inner.earth wellness will be leading us through a heart-opening cacao ceremony; a sacred space that allows you to journey inwards and connect to your heart, allowing you to release old patterns and stories that are no longer of service, creating a deeper connection and awareness of self.

Then, Carly @conciouslycarly will be leading us through a full cycle guided breathwork. A chance to fully drop into your body, turn off the “thinking mind” and come back to your true essence of the heart. A space to let go and move any stagnant energy from the body and de-clutter the mind.

Feeling fully relaxed and at peace we will then enjoy the healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls and koshi chimes for a sensory sound bath.

Please wear comfortable, non restrictive clothing and do not eat a heavy meal or consume any caffeine for at least 2 hours prior to start time.
