I personally believe breathwork is one of the most poweful healing tools we have. Its really profund what we can access by putting in the energy to breath, drop into your parasympathetic nervous system and access your subconscious mind. Once accessed the deeper layers of oneself whilst feeling safe and regulated we can begin to proccess emotions and truama that we may have suppressed because it was too much for us to feel. It is very important to feel what needs to be felt and not to bottle up emotions, i believe a lot of our sickness as a species stems from the inability to feel.

We will finish our sessin with some sound healing. Eveything is made up of energy vibrating at a precise frequency. With all the electro magnetic frequency radiation coming from wifi, internet towers, phones, our natural Frequencys can be effected and some side effects of this can be a foggy mind, anxious, depressed, bipolar.
