Cacao Ceremony

Oh it feels so good to be back!! I am so looking forward to sharing this first cacao ceremony back with you all.

We'll start the evening with a welcome and a chance to set intentions for the evening, after which we'll bless and drink the ceremonial cacao. I'll then hold and guide the group through a short breathwork exercise before dropping into the guided meditation.

This first ceremony back will be honouring the transition we have gone through from an individual scale through to the global scale. There has been a huge shift in the energetics of our planet over the last few months with a lot of uncertainty thrown around. As we gather in this sacred space we'll integrate the new energy in a way that serves your highest good.

This evening will be an opportunity for you to relax and unwind your nervous system. Allowing any stresses from your week to melt away as you come back to remembering the strength and wisdom you hold inside you.

As we are restricted on numbers still at this time, purchasing your ticket in advance is a must.

As we are at a new venue, please bring along a yoga mat and any pillows/blankets to get yourself cosy and comfy.
