These cacao ceremonies are rooted in self-exploration and discovery. The container is set for you to land wholly in your heart, to feel deeply, and engage with yourself truthfully. We will move through a process of mental clearing and emotional release work to anchor you in your body. This work assists in unravelling stuck energy so that you can emerge feeling lighter, more connected and grounded in self.

Cacao is used as a support to facilitate greater expansion and awareness during our journey – it’s an ancient plant medicine that strengthens the relationship with our heart. Physiologically cacao opens up our receptors and stimulates more blood flow to our vital organs, helping us move stuck energy, feel more fully and engage with the loving energy in our body.

What does this ceremony look like?
‣ It is encouraged to work with a personal intention for the journey. We drink the cacao and ground our intention into the ceremonial space.
‣ As the body begins to digest the cacao, the internal journey begins. We will use the power of breathwork to help assist this process. Many will find they go through an emotional detox during the period. The monologue will get louder and clearer as the evening progresses.
‣ You will be guided through a shamanic journey meditation to support your experience and integration.
