A Heart Expanding Journey
Join us for our Heart Expanding Cacao Ceremony hosted by Plant Ceremonialist Amanda Waaldyk of Angea, and Natasha Mason of Nourish Melbourne.
In Chinese Medicine, the heart is the empress housing our shen (spirit). Cacao is an ancient plant medicine that helps to strengthen and cultivate a deeper relationship with our heart.
The evening will consist of sitting in a sacred circle and setting intentions, meditation, drumming, journaling, sharing and creating a container for you to deepen your experience to self and your heart.
This will be a truly immersive and sensory shamanic event to experience and share.

The Brew will be a powerful and magical blend of ceremonial cacao with some of Amanda’s Chinese Medicine herbs and some secret ingredients we will share on the night.
Please bring a personal object such a crystal, feather or incense for the altar on the night, and an open heart.
This event is multi-layered and designed to work at different levels in your energy field and body.
The Cacao Ceremony is held within a Shamanic Energy Training® Sacred Space Weaver template, training that Amanda undertook in 2019.
