Cacao Ceremony - A Shamanic Journey

Take a beautiful, heart-led inner journey with the ancient medicine of Ceremonial Cacao. A space where you will feel safe and held in a sacred circle of women who are also on a path of living in alignment with their soul - a life of deeper meaning, purpose and one that lights you up. 

After being greeted with a sacred smoke cleansing and learning about the beautiful properties of Ceremonial Cacao, I will guide you through a process that nurtures your innate ability to tap into the wisdom of your intuition, your heart, body, mind and soul as the bridge between the mystical and earthly realms. Taking you to a place where you are able to truly, deeply understand the inner knowing that already lies within you. Those electric a-ha moments, that bone-deep knowing, a trust in your vision and surrendering to the 'how'. A specially curated playlist designed to activate heart-coherence will help you drop in even deeper, past the noise of the mind and into the voice of your heart. In this journey we enter the portals of the sacred directions to plant seeds of intention, let go of the past, witness your magical nature and remember the incredible power that lies within us to create our reality.

How does Ceremonial Cacao work as a spiritual activator?

In my experience, she awakens inspiration, creativity, sensuality, aliveness, feelings of gratitude and our ability to see the magic in the mundane.

On a deeper level, working with Cacao in this way on a regular basis is incredibly transformative. You become magnetic, attracting the people, experiences and opportunities that align with your next steps. She supports you on an emotional level to be able to access true, pure joy and love whilst also holding you through the more uncomfortable emotions that can arise. She shows us where were are out of alignment, bringing to the surface patterns that need to be addressed so that we can step into the next version of ourselves - our grand visions for our life.  She is a gentle yet powerful activator and I have no doubt that your life will transform if you choose to welcome her into your life.

What to bring:

- Seating is on the floor, connected to the Earth. Please bring a comfortable cushion (or you can make use of the bolsters and blankets at the yoga studio)

- A bottle of water

- Something in your belly (best not to have Cacao on an empty stomach)

- Journal and pen (optional)

- An open heart & mind

- The studio tends to be on the warmer side with the beautiful afternoon sun and also has aircon, so layers can be good to wear to give you options
