🤩Join The World Groove Movement Academy trained facilitator Naomi Parker for SOULgroove on a beautiful studio deck overlooking a picturesque Balinese style setting at Relax n Shine Yoga for a delicious dance experience where no experience is needed just an attitude for fun.

💃Simple framework is provided to UNITE us in the movement then it is danced YOUR WAY that feels delicious in YOUR body. You can not get this wrong.

It doesn’t matter what it looks like no one cares. Just make it feel good.

💋Naomi has 10 years of dancing GROOVE and 3 years facilitator experience and has a creative, energetic vibe that is sure to get you out of your head and into your body and into the GROOVE.

🥰A safe, no judgmental environment to allow you to get authentic in your own body and fully experience the freedom and the medicine that is DANCE.

☕️To begin you will be ceremonially served cacao with added plant medicine of rose and blue butterfly pea flower to open the heart, relax the mind and body and create a sense of VERY light euphoria to get you in the zone to completely embody the deliciousness of dance.

High quality sound through individual head sets will transport you to a place of your own inner world of music and dance.

💋A journey through a playlist of delicious, sexy, sassy music is sure to get you moving with hips like honey 🍯

💃Dance has a magical way of moving stagnant energy through and out of the body.

❤️Naomi combines the deliciousness of Groove to move your body the way that feels good for you and stillness and breath to integrate the medicine of the dance through your body by connecting you to your breath and heart and to quieten the mind to finish the session and bring deep relaxation to your experience. This is enhanced by the healing frequency through the head sets.

😍This is a unique dance experience for your body, mind and SOUL that will leave you wanting more and give you access to the 5 GROOVE TRUTHS that you can live your life by, by inviting you to walk in your authentic self and embrace every aspect of YOUR UNIQUE being.

🍇To finish you will enjoy offerings of delicious food to ground you back in to your body and leave you feeling completely satisfied ❤️
