Cacao Ceremony & Somatic Healing ~ Through the Elements

Welcome to an evening of awakening your heart to the wisdom of your body - 

To be embodied is to be able to hold oneself through the wide range of emotions and life’s challenges, whilst staying present and centred. 

Cultivating a sense of self holding and safety within the body happens when the mind and the body come together in harmony. 

During this journey you will learn some valuable somatic tools through a gentle embodiment practice. These will support you in understanding more of who you are, what connections you to others and expand your capacity to create your dreams. 

~ Through The Elements Edition ~ 

Our Somatic/Embodiment Journey will be based around the 5 Elements - Fire, Air, Earth, Water & Ether. We will explore movement and healing through each and play with the qualities they bring into our lives and where they naturally exist in the body. The purpose of this is to restore balance and harmony within as well as enhance our connection with the natural world. Plus it's also SUPER FUN! 

Cacao will be our plant ally for the evening. 

We will be sitting with the ‘Spirit of Cacao’ which is a reiki infused Ceremonial grade Cacao from the northern regions of Peru. 

Cacao is a Heart medicine mostly used in indigenous ceremonies for offerings and prayers. Cacao literally opens the heart and increases blood flow to and from the physical heart, which can create a blissful rush of life force energy. 

We will play with these effects to deepen our embodied experience of ourselves.

• Gain more body awareness which will support your meditation and yoga practices.

• Learn about sacred ceremony from a somatic (embodied) perspective.
