We gather in a welcoming sanctuary where you can finally exhale, slow down and allow yourself to receive.

A few hours to step away from the busyness of life, soften your nervous system, refill your cup and deeply restore.

Together, we weave ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, crystal sound healing, grounding practices, breath, energy work and soulful connection into a heart-led experience.

Our approach gently guides you out of the busyness of the head and back into the heart - with real support and guidance along the way.

WHAT TO BRING - COME COMFORTABLE

As the hall has wooden floorboards and you’ll be lying down for approximately 90 minutes, we encourage you to create a warm, comfortable space for yourself. The more supported your body feels, the easier it is to relax, let go and fully receive the experience.

Please bring:

• Yoga mat with extra padding

• Inflatable camp bed or foam underlay for extra comfort

• Blanket or sleeping bag

• Pillow

• Eye mask

• Comfortable, warm clothing

• Water bottle - preferably not plastic

• Journal and pen

• Any personal crystals or sacred items

This is your time to receive and be nurtured. Bring whatever helps your body feel warm, comfortable and supported. We find that those who prioritise their comfort are able to settle more deeply into the experience.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Fast 3-4 hrs beforehand is recommended

• Avoid coffee, sugar, or black tea to help your energy flow freely

• This experience is for ages 18+ and both men and women are warmly welcome

AnSaRA through Breakthrough Coaching and Chakra Energy Healing, she supports participants in reconnecting with their life force, embracing the present moment to experience inner stillness.

SAnaMEA a Holistic Health Coach and Energy Healer, who loves helping others create a fulfilling life. With a strong focus on self-care and self-love, she draws deep healing from the outdoors, embracing nature as powerful medicine.

Together, we hold a nurturing space for you to let go, recharge and reconnect with yourself. Through ceremony, sound, nature and energy healing, you are gently supported to slow down, soften and return to a place of greater calm, clarity and inner balance.

SAnaMEA opens the space with a guided Energy Clearing Meditation, followed by a Cacao Ceremony connecting you with the directions, elements, astrology and seasonal energies.

AnSaRA then guides you into a deep heart-opening meditation before an immersive hour-long Sound Bath.
