A Morning of Sacred Connection

A transformative 2-hour ceremonial experience combining ancient healing traditions to open, heal, and rebalance the heart. This gathering welcomes all humans regardless of experience level, background, or spiritual practice.

Your Journey Through the Morning

Oracle Card Reading Receive divine messages through a special oracle card pull. The cards serve as mirrors, reflecting back what your soul already knows but your conscious mind may have forgotten and can provide guidance for what to release and what to cultivate wherever you are on your journey.

Sacred Cacao Journey Sipping this heart-opening elixir known as "the food of the gods," this ancient plant medicine gently opens our hearts and minds, preparing us for deeper connection to ourselves and each other.

Guided Meditation Allow yourself to be guided on a meditative experience inward as we gather to connect with our sacred bodies and each other. This meditation will help you connect with your inner wisdom and higher self.

Soothing Sound Bath After being guided to a deep meditative state, you will then be able to relax and unwind into a blissful sound bath. The healing frequencies emitting from crystal bowls, chimes, and earth-based instruments will invite you to surrender to the present moment. Relax. Breathe. Let go.

Reiki Energy Cleansing Experience the gentle yet powerful healing of Reiki as we clear stagnant energies and restore balance to your energetic body. This ancient practice helps release what no longer serves and invites grounding, stabilizing energy to flow freely.

Intentional Journaling Journal through your innermost thoughts and feelings, uncovering insights and clarity about your personal journey. Create space for reflection, gratitude, release, and intentions for your next steps in life.

Sharing Circle You're invited to share what's in your heart without judgment or expectation. Speaking your truth in community is a powerful act of self-affirmation, while witnessing others' journeys reminds us we are never alone in life's cycles.
