Reset & Renew Half Day Retreat

Take some time out for yourself and join us in the tranquil setting of rural Meelon (just 30 minutes from Mandurah or 1 hour from Perth). 

During our time together you will be invited to enjoy;- 

Sacred Cacao Ceremony- Connect deeply to your heart space and invite a connection to your higher self.

Sound Healing Journey - Reset your nervous system and experience deep relaxation through a sound bath consisting of crystal bowls, pan drum, chimes, Native American flute, ocean drum, rain sticks, gong and drums.

Sharing Circle with Chai and light refreshments- A time of integration and community connection.

Finish off with a fun and refreshing dip in the spring fed dam.

Please bring along a yoga mat or mattress, cushion, light blanket, a bolster for under your knees (if you have one), a water bottle, bathers and towel.

Why not make a day of it and visit one of our neighboring towns (Dwellingup, Pinjarra, Mandurah, Waroona) for breakfast or a late lunch?
