Sophie is a yoga teacher and a sound practitioner. Yoga came first in her life through her curiosity to discover the connection between mind and body. Her journey learning this ancient practice opened up a new world of exploration where she discovered meditation and sound healing. As a music lover and a DJ, Sophie found magic and meaning in sound and vibration. After different sound trainings, she now offers sound immersion in yoga studios and outdoors in nature.

Carolina is a yoga and meditation teacher. She is a space holder who loves to share her passion and wisdom with others. She runs cacao and full moon ceremonies, meditation sessions, and yoga classes. She uses different healing techniques and through her deep connection with this sacred heart medicine is how she creates a sacred and safe space for you to connect with your soul.
