Hi beautiful human!

You are invited to a unique immersion where you will experience the power of sound and plant medicine.

Bathe in the harmonic healing vibrations and frequencies of sound-healing instruments.

We will open the circle with a short and grounding meditation as we ease into the transition to a sacred cacao ceremony. This powerful plant medicine has been used by ancient cultures as a potent heart opener and a portal to connect with the divine. Allow yourself to immerse with all your senses as we embark on this soul journey together.
Then you will have the opportunity to relax even deeper as you are invited to lie down comfortably, letting the vibration of the singing bowls melt your day away. Using the healing frequency of Tibetan bowls, the charming melody of the chimes, and the euphonious harmony of the crystal bowls, Sophie will guide you into a blissful state of relaxation. bringing your mind to unwind and your body to soften.

Sound healing uses the power of vibration to restore the mind, body, and spirit back to a state of balance.
