This Cacao Ceremony focuses on slowing down to connect with the medicine of chocolate and of your own heart. We will open with a short sharing, a chat about chocolate as medicine and then move into a guided meditation allowing each person to melt into the medicine and allow their hearts to speak.

For whatever needs to arise, to arise. A sacred space which invites everything and all. A moment in time to experience stillness, space and self.

About the facilitator:

Audrey is deeply connected to the medicine of Cacao, working with this plant since 2014 when she met her teacher Keith Wilson, known affectionately as the Cacao Shaman, in Guatemala.
In 2017 Audrey began working with Mayan daykeepers (spiritual guides/elders) and has formed a strong connection to the Mayan wisdom, culture and traditions, she has permission from her Mayan teacher to work with this medicine and is enjoying deepening her understanding of the Mayan calendar even from afar.

What is Cacao?
☕ Ceremonial cacao is raw and unprocessed, different to the regular chocolate that we eat. It is considered one of the Master Plant Medicines. It is high in antioxidants, iron, magnesium, and vitamins.

How it works?

We will email you the zoom link after you register. If you choose the ticket + cacao option, we will deliver your cacao to your address between 5-7 days (within Australia).
