This ceremony aims to lovingly and safely guide you back to and connect deeply with your heart - reconnecting you with your truest nature, essence, and wisdom, clearing heart blockages and receiving your own unique heart guidance.

Summer Solstice – the longest day when the sun’s energy is most abundant. We take time in ceremony to expand into the season, to celebrate and give thanks for what has been accomplished during the year, to open our hearts and begin to bring the year to a peaceful conclusion.

When we take sacred time to be with our heart, to connect, to clear, to nurture, we increase the radiance and loving frequencies of our heart which ripple out into our own lives, the lives of those around us, the world around us.

Cacao, known over eons as the great heart opener, this sacred plant medicine will support and guide your journey back to your heart in this ceremony and beyond. The Amaru Ceremonial Cacao from Seleno Health will be used which is a potent heart activator supporting our journey home to the heart and assists us in accessing a blissful state. This sacred cacao symbolises our access to ancestral wisdom and support.

In sacred space you will be guided through preparing for, receiving, and connecting deeply with the sacred plant medicine of cacao, heart centred somatic movement, breath and tapping, guided meditation, crystal bowl sound healing, heart energy clearing through OM frequency tuning forks, self-enquiry practices and circle connection.

CONSCIOUS COLLAB

Through safe and sacred ceremonial spaces Kelly weaves in poetic ritual, guides those in preparing for, receiving, and connecting deeply with the sacred plant medicine of cacao, guided meditation, somatic breath, tapping and movement practices, somatic yin yoga and sound healing. Kelly holds a trauma informed and empowering space to support loving self-enquiry and deep heart and inner landscape connection.

After a few years of a devotional and deepening practice with ceremonial cacao, and through experiencing huge transformational shifts in her own heart and life, Kelly was called to complete the Heart Awakening Cacao Facilitation Training and the Seleno Health Ukha Pacha Cacao Ceremony Facilitator Training.

Kelly’s own life journey through trauma, addiction and healing awakened her to follow a soul led life helping others to find their own light and shine brightly once again. She has completed the Stella Yoga 60hr Trauma Sensitive Yin Yoga, Personal Development & Facilitator Training, and a Diploma in Health Sciences through the Naturopathic College of NZ.

CACAO & CEREMONY

A sacred plant medicine known to grow along the equatorial belt in particular Central and South America. Cacao has been used for thousands of years in ancient traditions, rituals, and rites of passage. More now than ever does this world need the healing medicine of cacao to open our hearts, to awaken and to heal.

When used in ceremony, in sacred space, with heartfelt intention, the medicine of cacao works to bring us back to our hearts, to facilitate healing and transformation. When brought back to our hearts, our sacred epicentre, we are once again deeply connected to ourselves and the worlds around us both seen and unseen.

Cacao boasts many amazing nutritional benefits supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Cacao can gently stimulate the cardiovascular system increasing blood flow and energy, support the healthy production of serotonin and dopamine, increase mental focus and clarity, promote feelings of relaxation, happiness, love, increase creativity and inspiration, nourish the body with various vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and health promoting fats and can help to take us out of our heads and into our heart space.

PRECAUTIONS/INSTRUCTIONS

Eat fresh and wholesome on the day to prepare your physical vessel for the medicine. If you need to eat beforehand, try to have a light meal about 2-3 hours before cacao is consumed.

Drink lots of water and avoid alcohol and any other recreational substances that day and preferably the day before.

Please advise if you are on any medications such antidepressants or antipsychotics, if you are pregnant, if you have any cardiovascular conditions, if you have any intolerance to fermented foods, if you experience anxiety.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds are available up to 24 hours prior to the gathering. The refund may be less the ticketing fees incurred upon the purchase of your ticket/s.

Refunds are not available if the cancellation is within 24 hours of the gathering - the ticket can be transferred to another attendee.
