Sometimes you don't realise how much space you need until you finally have some.

Join us for a beautiful evening to step away from the noise, slow down, breathe, and simply be.

As the sun sets, we'll gather with cacao, breath, sound and meditation in a beautiful rural setting, creating a little space to reconnect with yourself the rest and receive.

No experience needed.
No intention required.
You don't even need to know what you need.

Just come as you are.

The plan is to share the space outdoors at sunset, weather permitting.
If the weather isn't on our side, we'll simply move inside and continue the circle there.

What to bring:

Wear warm layers, bring a blanket and your yoga mat. I have 6 mats available to borrow if you need - just let me know if you'd like one. Also your journal and a water bottle might come in handy.

This is a Class 5 Waldorf School fundraiser, with proceeds going directly to the school.

About Your Host
Sharnelle holds space for people to gently return home to themselves, to remember who they are beneath the noise and connect with the life they’re here to live.
Through Reiki, breathwork, photography, sound, and intuitive guidance, she creates experiences that feel both grounding and expansive, allowing each person to open at their own pace.
Her work is less about “fixing” and more about creating space for your own wisdom to rise.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have been fully informed of the risks involved and release all legal and financial responsibility from Sharnelle Lewis (facilitator) in the unlikely event of any accident, illness, or injury occurring before, during, or after this experience. You accept full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing and agree to disclose any relevant medical or mental health conditions before the session begins.

Breathwork
We will be including breathwork with optional holds. Breathwork can be a powerful support for physical, emotional, and energetic healing, but it is not suitable for everyone.

Please avoid or consult your doctor/facilitator if you have:

Cardiovascular issues (including high/low blood pressure, arrhythmia, history of heart attack)
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Glaucoma or retinal detachment
Osteoporosis or recent surgery
Bipolar disorder, psychosis, or unmanaged mental illness
Pregnancy (especially for breath retention practices)
Active cancer or other critical illness
Asthma (please bring an inhaler)
Use of heavy medications
Active addiction

Breathwork can sometimes bring up emotional or physical responses. Your participation is your choice, and modifications will be available.

Cacao
This cacao is pure, minimally processed cacao used with intention, known for its heart-opening and mood-enhancing effects. It contains theobromine (a natural, gentle stimulant), magnesium, antioxidants, and bliss chemicals like anandamide.
The cacao will be made using Almond milk and honey.

Drinking cacao may support:

Gentle energy lift without a crash
Deeper self-connection and emotional openness
Presence, creativity, and connection with others

Please avoid or check in with your body if you:

Take antidepressants (especially SSRIs or MAOIs)
Have high blood pressure or heart conditions
Are pregnant or breastfeeding (mild doses may be fine, listen to your body)

You are also welcome to attend this event and not drink cacao you will still be taken on a beautiful journey.
