journal either intuitively or use the prompts I will have on the day while relaxing/meditative music is played and you have the beautiful sounds and surrounds of the park 🏞️
sharing insights and getting to know each other is welcomed in this time however is always optional if you prefer to use this time just for you 🧘🏽
