Cacao ecstatic dance & energy healing ceremony
Event description
Ten Cups is hosting another energy fuelled cacao ecstatic dance and healing ceremony in Seaford.
This event will take you on a journey as you begin with the mindful consumption of beautifully prepared ceremonial cacao. You will then be lead through a chakra healing as you build up to an ecstatic dance where you let it all go, before being brought back down to a quantum energy healing.
This will be a workout and a release, so wear comfy clothes and be ready for a lot of dancing! You will also need to bring a cushion, throw blanket and water bottle for the evening.
Please note: No drugs or alcohol are to be consumed on the day of the event due to the energy healing component.
