This for people of all levels of meditation, especially if this is for first time.

Get comfortable in my studio, create your space and select a card from the oracle packs. This will help to set your intention for your session.

I will smudge you with white sage to cleanse and clear your energtic field and connect you to your hot cup cacao. Whilst drinking your cacao, I want you to recall what you are grateful for, say this in your mind, and feel it in your heart. Get comfortable and allow your guided meditation to begin!

Starting with some gentle breathing whilst listening to a guided meditation. This will gently take you into a sound journey where I use a medicine drum, tibetan singing bowls, bells, rain sticks, and a couple other frequency instruments.

Your cacao, mother earths goodness, will help you to open up your heart space and drop out of your head. As this is an ancient ceremonial drink, it is helpful for connecting you to mother earth and our divine spirit, getting clarity, doing healing work, setting intentions, and inner-processing. Not to mention incredibly healthy for you. The delicious Cacao hot drink is complimentary at every meditation event.

Please do not have anything to eat 4 hours before a meditation and sound healing and no caffeine for 8 hours. This allows your body to rest and not have to be digesting food and can take you to a deeper state of relaxation.

Please keep your self hydrated with water, coconut water, herbal teas.

Being in an environment that is peaceful, relaxing, calming and makes you feel safe, will help you to get out of your normal frame of mind, with no distractions and allowing you to experience new insights and perspectives and be in your sacred heart space. You may even fall asleep.

I move around the room working with your individual chakras and energetic field, with the use of sound instruments, whilst always holding an intention that is only ever for your highest good.

I understand that Spirit wants me to hold space for you all, to come feel safe, relax, heal, meditate and listen to your body, calm your mind, lift your vibration and frequency, so you can hear, connect and understand spirit.

I work intuitively with Divine Source our Creator and promise, you will feel lighter, grounded, and more relaxed afterward.

Unwanted energy that sits in your body will be shifted.

Please remember to keep yourself well hydrated after a healing. Be gentle with yourself.
