A Cacao Kotz'ij is the traditional Mayan way of sharing cacao.

Veri Hart will guide us in gentle breathwork, perform reiki healing and share cacao the way the Mayans share, in it's most sacred form.

April Fortes will guide us in journaling, Somatic movement, breathwork, and guided meditation to help integrate the plant medicine and embody the healing. These methods also help to foster the nervous system in letting go of any stuck energy in the body.

Together, the experience is a multidimensional journey of healing to create space for more love, more light, and more resilience.

According to the Mayan Calendar, the energy of the day involves the planting of seeds. We plant seeds to grow something new. We nurture the seeds so that they grow healthy. We attend to them regularly so that they do not wither.
