Unite heart, mind and body. Connect with community, share cacao, breath, dance and release what has been and co-create present moment awareness of deep loving kindness. May we welcome all of what resides within us. Transform pain into peace, hurt into forgiveness and contractions into freedom.
Sacred Cacao creates connection, opening the heart and awakening the minds eye so that we may feel and hearts wisdom and highest intuition. It is our great Pleasure to Invite and Welcome you to this Cacao Kundalini Dance Journey of Sublimation through the Chakras.

An Indigenous myth recalls that when the Earth and its people are out of balance, the cacao/sacred chocolate will come out of the rainforest to open peoples hearts and return the planet to a state of harmony and balance. Cacao can be utilized to expedite inner work, facilitating creative energy, yet its different to other plant medicines in that it does not carry you away on a journey, but rather supports you wherever you are, amplifying whatever is happening inside. The ceremony is an experience in multi-dimensional group energy.

Breathe to free yourself from limitations of old trauma, conditioning and negative patterns through a transformative conscious energy breathing technique. If you don't have issues like trauma or anxiety, this tool helps re-energize after a stressful day or week and release tension that you don’t even realize you are holding onto until it’s gone! Breath is the bridge between conscious and unconscious mind, bringing healing in physical body, mental body and even spiritual levels. The process is an adventure in self discovery. It need not be traumatic or dramatic. It is however, about allowing and honouring the thoughts and feelings which are present. The breath speeds up the integration of the new perspective.

We will sip the cacao elixir as we embark on the dance of Shiva Shakti to restore balance. The ceremony, is a ritual to heal separation and move into Oneness. Using intention, dance, breath work, soft intimacy and the power of the elements & community while working with one of the planet’s most powerful medicinal plants - Sacred CACAO.

Expand your heart, and uplift your soul while experiencing ecstasy rooted in the body as the Sacred Temple.

Kundalini Dance is an alchemical tantric shamanic practice that integrates all our parts in all realms by re-balancing feminine & masculine polarities within ourselves as we dance through the chakras. Once we unify these polarities we become more grounded in the earth & uplifted to the cosmic realms. To reach this alchemical state of integration we apply movement, breath work, sound and energy healing as tools for transformation, purification and spiritual activation.

CONNECT! The workshop is simple and deep. A process of self-inquiry and awareness through interactions in various formats: solo meditations, group dynamics and partner work to bring Light to our patterns, habits and beliefs, seeing our shadows and opening to our truth.Through the medium of CACAO, we find a space of true connection where our essence reveals itself and opens to profound nourishment.

TRANSFORM! Cacao and Dance serves a facilitator for deep meditation and inward journeying if taken with trained facilitators in the right context and desire to connect with our higher consciousness. Together we feel supported focus and discover that when we let go we are thrust into the present, our patterns, and our limiting ideas no longer restrict us. Letting go is a choice made moment by moment with sincerity and presence saw how much energy we use in protecting and suppressing ourselves, and how much energy is released when we reveal ourselves, takes us to the spaces inside where transformation and healing are welcome.

DETOX! Ceremonial Cacao is strong and bitter; it detoxifies and cleanses the liver. With over 300 individual ingredients, cacao truly is a superfood. It is amongst the richest sources of magnesium. After the release of dopamine, endorphins, tryptophan, phenylethylamine and serotonin, is the release of anandamide. When you consume Cacao prepared for Ceremony using high quality raw cacao beans (like what we bring from Lake Atitlan, Guatemala) all the mood enhancing neurochemicals in Cacao become particularly active. Most people report feeling a sensation of peace or extreme focus in the safe open space of the ceremony with the elixir of love.

Stephanie and Patricia invites you to this great opportunity to increase awareness through the heart opener of cacao and sacred dance . Together in a safe space we reconnect to our source and inner wisdom. The Mayans and alchemists knew how to open the gate to the heart. Now its your turn.

TESTIMONIALS

“ I hadn’t been able to tap into that since five years since I became a dad. It felt like I was vibrating at a full 325 hertz, like my pineal gland was going off and rapid eye movement happening. I used to be able to get to that point through meditation but not for a very long time. I was vibrating like a Tibetan bowl from my fingers up through my writs to my arms.” - Paul Williams, Australia

“I felt like I shifted so much energy. With each bit that left I feel more and felt more open in my throat, heart and in my womb actually. This whole spinal column of energy was much more free and open and it freed up my vocal chords to voice and release. A lot of the time I couldn’t make sense of what the emotion was attached to it, whether I was laughing or crying. Just little bits of energy leaving. And afterwards I noticed my breath was really different; I could breathe into my belly and my breath was so much more unobstructed.” Emma Wiliams, Australia

"Ajna held amazing space, I was afraid of so many energies but she got us into a fun-loving and deep soul recognition so the fears faded away. Her intuition with assisting me in the journey with light touch and energy work was so precise. Exactly what I needed. I would recommend it to everyone." - Kathryn, Aus

"It was one the most amazing journeys of my life. In it mingled together a bit of history, a bit of nature, coming together with the cosmos, different energy bodies, your inner male and female energy, speaking your faults and strengths, medicine, meeting yourself as an observer and as an expansive being, playfulness, connection and healing. I got to laugh, I got to cry, I got to be held and healed. I got to hold and heal. I got to meet myself in many different ways. I got to set an intention and deepen it with the intention of all others. I could look at polarity through union. I could look at parts of myself without needing to identify fully with them. At other times I got to feel fully alive. I got to feel my fears and let them go, I got to feel another’s and let them go." - Alim Braakman, Holland
