A ceremony dedicated to falling into the loving embrace of cacao and the medicine she has to offer. We will dive into the simplicity of this ceremony - to connect with this ancient plant medicine and our own divine hearts.

Cacao, known over eons as the great heart opener, this sacred plant medicine will support and guide your journey back home to your heart in this ceremony and beyond. For this ceremony the Amaru and Uturunku Ceremonial Cacaos from Seleno Health will be blended together to create a synergistic and potent elixir. Uplifting, activating and expansive yet grounding, connecting and releasing.

In sacred space you will be guided through preparing for, receiving and connecting deeply with the medicine of cacao which includes grounding breath, energetic cleansing and grounding, connecting with the heart and soul, somatic tapping, Amazonian Cosmovision guided meditation, sound/vibration healing through the heart and solar plexus chakra crystal singing bowls and OM frequency tuning forks, heart enquiry journalling, circle sharing and connection.

She has also completed the Seleno Health Ukha Pacha Cacao Ceremony Facilitator Training.

Kelly’s own life journey through trauma, addiction and healing awakened her to follow a soul led life helping others to find their own light and shine brightly once again. She has completed the Stella Yoga 60hr Trauma Sensitive Yin Yoga, Personal Development & Facilitator Training and a Diploma in Health Sciences through the Naturopathic College of NZ. Kelly is also a Brand & Culture Ambassador for Seleno Health.

CACAO & CEREMONY

A deeply revered sacred plant medicine known to grow along the equatorial belt, though her origins are from South to Central America. Here in these regions of the world cacao has been used for thousands of years in ancient traditions, rituals and rites of passage. More now than ever does this world need the healing medicine of cacao to open our hearts, to awaken and to heal.

When used in ceremony, in sacred space, with heartfelt intention, the medicine of cacao works to bring us back to our hearts, to facilitate healing and transformation. When brought back to our hearts, our sacred epicenter, we are once again deeply connected to ourselves and the worlds around us both seen and unseen.

Cacao boasts many amazing nutritional benefits supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Cacao can gently stimulate the cardiovascular system increasing blood flow and energy, support the healthy production of serotonin and dopamine, increase mental focus and clarity, promote feelings of relaxation, happiness, love, increase creativity and inspiration, nourish the body with various vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and health promoting fats and can help to take us out of our heads and into our heart space.
