Join Jasmine and Rachel in The Dell at Riverdell Spiritual Centre for a grounding three-hour immersion focused on activating the Solar Plexus Chakra, embodying the “Power or Warrior Within.” This transformative workshop invites you to open your heart, move your body, and channel the energy of personal empowerment with grounding and centeredness.

During this immersion, participants are guided through a journey that fuses the rich essence of cacao with the fluidity of somatic dance, fostering a deeper connection to the self. Through this blend of practices, explore inner strength, clarity, and the courage to take aligned action.

Guided by Jasmine and Rachel, experienced facilitators in movement and holistic wellness, participants will engage in grounding activities that awaken the senses and connect with the Solar Plexus Chakra’s energy. Central to this journey is the ceremonial cacao, cherished for its heart-opening qualities and connection to ancient traditions.

The immersion includes a guided chakradance ritual that uses movement as a tool for embodied expression, tapping into the wisdom of the Solar Plexus and releasing stagnant energy to invite greater flow. Through meditation, specially curated music, and spontaneous dance, you will connect with your inner rhythm.

We’ll capture the energy of the chakradance with a mandala art therapy exercise, allowing for reflection and integration of the experience.

The Cacao Somatic Dance Immersion provides a welcoming space for all to explore, play, and connect. Join us for this heart-centered gathering to discover the power of mindful movement and the warrior spirit within.
