A chance to come together, connect, and ground; slow down and receive the wisdom from your soul. In an ever-growing, fast-paced, and digitalised world, set aside 3 hours just for you once per month where you can be reminded of the power nature has in regulating our nervous system.

This event was birthed from the realisation time and time again when we forget who it is we are, when the world gets too fast, too noisy, too overwhelming... when the feelings feel too much to bear... Only to step foot in nature and realise she's got you.... Nature holds you, grounds you, and makes you feel capable of anything... She makes those feelings and problems seem like pebbles where once they were mountains. Nature is the most powerful asset we have in regulating our nervous system.... This is a reminder to stay connected...

We will guide you through a Sacred Cacao Ceremony followed by a meditation and sound bath; and will close with an activity to help you connect with yourself and what brings you joy. Closing with a beautiful nurturing share circle

We meet once per month in various locations in Brisbane/GC and surroundings - always outside submerged in nature
