Join us on this Leo New Moon to journey inwards, to the depths of your being....

CACAO:

A beautiful, warming and deeply connective brew will be served and partaken in reverence with the heart energy spirit of this sacred, powerful and delicious medicine.

It is here that we first connect in to the space which Leo governs; the heart.

YIN:

Gentle postures, longer holds - Yin Yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience. A deeply relaxing session will prepare your physical body and mind for the journey ahead.

SOUND:

Using a myriad of instruments from across the globe, collected on journeys afar aswell as Taonga Puoro crafted here in Aotearoa.

Every journey asks us to draw upon different soundscapes in line with the energy of evening, and those present.

Didgeridoo, Flutes, Tibetan Singing Bowls & Drums are our base, and we move through deep frequencies of the Earth to the Aetherical frequencies of the skies and beyond.

ABOUT US:

Jack is a multi-talented musician and creator of Taonga Puoro, as well as Native American Flutes and Didgeridoos.

Katie has been learning and teaching Yoga for 8 years now, spending over 3 years in India, and has just opened an Auckland based Yoga Studio - Yoga Aotearoa.
