Cacao Ceremony, Breathwork + Meditation 🤎

Ceremonial Cacao is a gentle heart opening plant medicine. It is said to bring you to a state of grounded euphoria. The spirit of cacao, Mama Cacao, brings us a gentle, compassionate feminine energy which is nurturing and supportive when doing inner work in ceremony 🤎

The ceremony will take place in our healing studio in South Lake, address will be shared prior to the event. The ceremony is designed to take you away from the busyness of the world, out of the head and into the heart space. ❤️

The ceremony will consist of connecting to intention and cacao, breathwork and guided meditation. The focus will be on inner child healing. It's an opportunity to provide your inner child with the love and connection they always deserved.

Ceremonial grade Cacao will be provided. 🤎🍫 Try to avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before ceremony. Avoid coffee for at least 4 hours before consuming cacao. This will ensure you get the most out of your cacao experience 💕 

*If you are taking heart medication or serotonin releasing medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, please let me know as cacao may not be suitable/ dose may need to be adjusted.

*Please let the host know if you have any intolerances e.g. nuts, gluten, dairy
