Beligned Pilates and Yoga is Mullumbimby's freshest Pilates and Yoga studio founded by Ismail. Beligned exudes a foundational philosophy of Alignment, Strength and Clarity. Beligned is a profoundly nourishing space that activates holistic wellbeing, practices, events and offerings for the entire Human experience.

The Cacao Mama Experience is a globally recognised workshop immersion involving Cacao, Movement, Breathwork and Meditation. Having Facilitated her personally innovated workshop for five years across the globe now, Tess is bringing this powerful experience to the heart of Mullumbimby.

This New Moon is an opportunity for us to find more harmony within our closest relationships in life. Although attributed to balance, Libra is about harmonising the dynamics and polarities involved and embracing it all with grace and balance within ones self. There is a particular focus on relationships that uplift, inspire and motivate our best selves and a loving release of those that are less productive in our lives. This is a time of partnerships, whether your intimate relationship, business or friendships that help you thrive - by becoming clear within yourself of your path, your creations in life and your next steps you welcome those who are here to be your allies in its creation.

Please note that Cacao and cups will be provided, however if you have a specific and favourite Cacao mug please feel very welcome to bring it along.
Mats are limited so we do recommend bringing one as well as blankets, cushions and any other items you feel you may require for your comfort.
