Cafe Conversations is a FREE monthly gathering of men and women of all ages (16+) where we talk about life, the universe and everything.

It is held at the Daily Dose Cafe in La Perouse/Phillip Bay on the first Friday of each month from 4pm - 5pm.

Hosted by Kinesiologist, Zoe Jack, you will be held in a safe and trusting space where conversations will flow around a general theme such as:

Setting healthy boundaries,
Anxiety support,
Overcome overwhelm,
Finding joy
Creativity abounds
Dealing with grief and many more.

Friendships will be made and you will walk away with a greater understanding of things that challenge you, tips on how to manage them and a healthy dose of kindness and support.

The purpose of Cafe Conversations is to connect people, support one another and generate community while expanding people's knowledge and understanding of who they are. A chance to connect to yourself with likeminded people.

As Zoe is a local Kinesiologist in Maroubra, NSW she will share her skills and expertise about how kinesiology can help with some of the topics that get talked about. There will be opportunities to chat about Zoe does and if you feel Kinesiology or any of her other offerings may support you, she will be able to book you in for an appointment.
