Marie brings both practical experience and heartfelt passion to her workshops, drawing on years of work as a visual artist and community arts facilitator. With a Diploma in Creative Arts and Health, she combines formal knowledge with lived experience to help you reconnect with your inner child, release fear around painting, and discover that creativity and fun absolutely belong in the same sentence.

During her studies (and from her own journey), Marie learned what science has now confirmed: engaging in creative activities supports wellbeing far beyond the art class. It can boost your confidence, open up new ways of thinking, enhance relationships, and even support brain health. Plus, you’ll be giving yourself a colour therapy session, yes, colour can heal!

Just think about how good it feels to soak in the beauty of a vibrant sunset, blooming flowers, a blue sky, or the calming waves of the ocean. That same joy lives in every paint colour you’ll explore.
