Bendigo Foodshare and Loddon Campaspe Multicultural Services are collaborating to deliver Café for a Day - an innovative program supporting young people to learn the art of cooking and healthy eating, while gaining hospitality skills through preparing and selling a meal from a café space. Buy a meal to support this amazing program!
Wednesday 13th November 2024 from 12pm to 2pm at Gravel Hill Cafe, Salvation Army, 65 Mundy St.
Guest chef Jas, from Jas's Kitchen Bendigo, will be serving her signature dish - Chickpea Curry and Chicken Tikka Masala.
Punjabi Chole Masala - Chickpea curry cooked with onions, tomatoes and lots of spices, served with basmati rice. A popular northern India curry.
Chicken Tikka Masala - tangy, spicy, onion tomato curry with tender chicken served with basmati rice.
Meals are $15.00 plus a booking fee
