Join us at San Francisco City Hall for the Café Mélange Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Celebration, marking the transition of the café to Chef Dontaye Ball, owner of Gumbo Social and a longtime Bayview culinary leader.
Mayor Daniel Lurie and Supervisor Shamann Walton will join Chef Ball and NCLF leadership for remarks and the official ribbon cutting celebrating this exciting new chapter.
Guests are invited to experience the refreshed café environment, enjoy coffee and café tastings, and connect with community leaders, entrepreneurs, and supporters as Café Mélange begins its next chapter highlighting local chefs, food entrepreneurs, and artists inside City Hall.
The celebration runs from 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM with the formal program and ribbon cutting beginning at 11:00 AM.
