Multiple-stage competition:

4 run, 2 swim and 1 wade | total distance 4.2km

No changing of clothing.

No transitions.

All clothing/equipment used is to be carried to the finish line.

Participate individually or as a team of 2. Teams to compete and cross finish line together.

Water safety and course marshalling provided by Cairns SLSC.
