event. In life, we all need something to look forward to. Enjoy a three-course lunch, a glass of Moët & Chandon, and a curated Caitlin Crisp Malfy Gin Cocktail. You’ll enjoy a selection of antipasti to start including Caitlins’ favourite Italian classic melon & prosciutto, burrata with hazelnuts and trevally crudo. Main courses of fresh snapper and roasted eye fillet and to finish handmade cannoli and our coconut lemon semifreddo. 

That something to look forward to is your Happy Hour. It could be that hour-long phone call to a friend on the other side of the world or your mother that lives 2 streets over! It could be Saturday morning run club or Saturday night drinks with girlfriends. It's the first swim of summer, the extra hour of daylight, time spent with friends and family or alone, undisturbed, tucked up with a book. Caitlin's new Summer collection has the perfect fit for every Summer occasion, from cosy cotton knits for your morning coffee, to pops of colour for cocktail hour at Bivacco.

$135 per person includes a 3 course lunch, flute of Moët et Chandon, a Malfy cocktail and a gift from Caitlin.
