Caldera 21.0

Caldera will be bringing you a 16 hour bonanza at the Abercrombie Hotel from Midday to 4AM!!

With 30 DJs spinning Psy, House and Techno across 4 levels, Caldera 21.0 will be a day to remember!!

Level 1 will also feature Open Decks for all those who come strapped with a USB. First in, best dressed! (From 1pm - 7pm) We will also be hosting workshops and other fun activities.

Our dance floors are a sacred modern day tribal ritual where we connect and make great memories. We are a safe space for people of all ethnicities, sexualities and neurodivergence. This means that if you feel even slightly unsafe, please find Caldera staff, you will be taken care of.

In addition, if you are behaving antisocially, you will be removed from the event and all future events. We have a zero tolerance for harassment. This means that the dancefloor is for dancing and connecting. Please remember to look after your friends and pace yourself. No refunds.

Finally and most importantly, we would like to acknowledge The Aboriginal People of this land, their connection to it and pay respects to their Elders, past, present and emerging. Their sovereignty was never ceded. It always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.

EVENT DISCLAIMER, LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE: By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending "Caldera" (the “Event”), you (“Attendee”) agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY 1.1 Attending the Event is voluntary, and you assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, property loss, or damage. 1.2 "Caldera", its organisers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, and venue operators (“Event Organisers”) are not liable for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage suffered by Attendees, howsoever caused, including but not limited to negligence or breach of statutory duty. 2. ALCOHOL & DRUG POLICY 2.1 The consumption of alcohol is strictly limited to persons of legal drinking age (18+) and only in designated areas. You are responsible for drinking responsibly. 2.2 The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Any attendee found in breach of this policy may be removed from the Event and referred to law enforcement. 2.3 The Event Organisers assume no responsibility for any incidents, injuries, or legal consequences resulting from alcohol or drug use. 3. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES 3.1 You acknowledge that medical services may not be immediately available on-site and that you are responsible for your own health and well-being. 3.2 In the event of a medical emergency, you consent to receiving medical treatment and agree to cover any associated costs. The Event Organisers are not responsible for any medical expenses, including ambulance or hospital fees. 4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 4.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Event Organisers exclude all liability for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from: Attendee’s actions, negligence, or failure to follow Event rules. Third-party actions, including other attendees or vendors. Unforeseen incidents, including but not limited to weather events, venue changes, or security risks. 4.2 Where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), it is limited to the extent permitted by law. 5. EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY 5.1 If the Event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to government shutdowns, venue closures, or force majeure, no refunds will be issued. 5.2 Instead, Attendees will be provided with a free ticket of equal value for a future event organised by CALDERA MUSIC PTY LTD. 6. INDEMNIFICATION 6.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organisers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your actions, breach of this agreement, or failure to comply with laws or Event policies. 7. GOVERNING LAW 7.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the Event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW. 8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, do not attend the Event.
