What to Expect:

Guided Breathwork: Through employing mindful breathing techniques and fully immersing yourself in the process, you can address previous traumas or emotions that may have been disregarded. This promotes a deeper connection with yourself, nurturing forgiveness, appreciation, and self-compassion.
Sound Healing: Embark on a journey of immersion into the healing vibrations crafted by Jayden McGrath. Let these resonant frequencies guide you towards deep relaxation and inner balance, as you traverse the pathways of your mind and spirit.
Integration: Following the guided breathwork and sound healing experiences, you'll have dedicated time for reflection and integration. This period allows you to gently transition back to a state of wakefulness while assimilating the insights and sensations from your practice.
