Meditation | Gentle Balanced Movement | Breathing Techniques | Sound Journey with Rhys + Sara

Grounding into the present moment, we begin with a meditation and set our intention. With the breath we expand, circulating our energy with conscious breathing. Gentle opening movements, we unravel the body and settle our nervous system.

Together we'll move through various gentle techniques that'll open the bodies fascia, muscles and joints. Igniting our inner fire, we'll give a greater balance to our flexibility, mobility and strength. Aiming to release any tension, nerves and blockages, allowing a greater circulation to take place within the body.

This will bring a deeper relaxation into our sound journey, transmuting points of tightness into openness.

Now we let go of the thoughts, settle into stillness and allow the musical vibrations to heal on a cellular level. Guidance weaving from harp, flutes, singing bowls, gong, koshi chimes and various percussion instruments.

Please bring the following:

- yoga mat (we can provide if needed)

- fresh water

- comfortable, breathable, moveable clothing

- a pillow for head support during sound bath

- a blanket for warmth

- eye pillows, bolsters (optional)

- openness and love

Doors Open 4:30pm - Event Begins 5pm

After the event we will enjoy some tea around the fire.
