- On the day of the event, sign in starts at 6 am, buses leave at 7 am.

- Tour route runs through the Blue Lake, Korbel, Crannell areas (Cal Trans/Green Diamond); Hosted Dinner at Camp Bauer.

- Tour runs south from the Arcata Marsh, through Scotia to Dyerville Road (Park/HRC).
