Learn how to create a beautiful, resilient garden rooted in California’s natural landscapes. This two-part interactive class explores both the art and ecology of native garden design, blending classroom learning with outdoor experiences at Gamble Garden.

Instructor Bio

Corey has been Gamble’s Garden Director for 3 years, having been a participant in our Roots and Shoots program as a third-grader. He previously served as a farm manager and as a graduate research assistant with the USDA. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology and Zoology and a Master’s degree in Agricultural Ecology, researching crop pollination, pollinator safe gardening practices, plant identification, and other botanical research.

Terms and Conditions

Registration fees are nonrefundable. Gamble reserves the right to cancel this class or event due to low enrollment, extreme weather, Santa Clara County health announcements, and other unforeseen events. In the event of a cancellation your payment will be reimbursed, net of service charge if applicable. By registering, participants agree to Gamble Garden’s Terms and Conditions.
